Located in the gentle green mountains of western Adams County in south-central Pennsylvania, on 600 private acres, we offer a superb alternative for the fly fisherman who is tired of fishing for stocked trout on crowded public water.
We are also known as the Penn Forestry Company.

Our spring-fed ponds, containing brook, brown and rainbow trout, as well as several warm-water species, are located in a remote setting, providing solitude, natural beauty, abundant wildlife and excellent fly fishing.
We have a self-sustaining population of trophy wild brook trout, as well as browns and rainbows, that were stocked as fingerlings several years ago. All of our fish present a real challenge to even the most experienced angler. We have fish too large to lie about! (See Legends, Lore & Lies )

Our fly fishing is exceptional, and we offer much more to our guests, including many miles of hiking trails, lovely mountain vistas, wildlife, wildflowers and clean air to refresh your spirit.
We are remote, but conveniently located, offering the possibility of day-trips to Gettysburg and other destinations. We will be happy to help you plan the perfect day, both for the fly fishermen and for the non-fishing members of your party.
If you enjoy stream fishing, you may wish to combine time on our private section of nearby Conewago Creek with your time on the ponds.

Overnight accommodations are available in our comfortable Lodge and The Caddis Shack is the perfect daytime shelter.
We welcome inquiries from Fly Fishing Guides.
